The Gulf Breeze Breakers Juniors program gives boys and girls their first real introduction to the game — foundational skills, ball confidence, and a love for soccer built from the ground up.

// WHAT IT IS

Building the Foundation For the Future

The Juniors program at Gulf Breeze Futbol Academy is designed for U8 players — born August 1, 2018 and younger — who are experiencing organized soccer for the first time. Sessions are structured, age-appropriate, and built around one primary goal: helping young players fall in love with the game.

Juniors players develop basic ball mastery, body coordination, and an understanding of movement and space — the early technical building blocks that every GBFA player builds on as they grow through the Breakers pathway. Coaching is encouraging, patient, and focused on confidence as much as skill.

The Juniors program is the entry point to the Breakers system. Players who develop here move naturally into the 7v7 program when they're ready — carrying the same foundational habits and the same development-first mentality that defines GBFA at every level.

Built for New Players, Not Just Young Ones

The Juniors program is the right fit for any player ages 4–7 who wants to start playing soccer in a structured, supportive environment. No prior experience is necessary. No particular skill level is required. What matters is showing up, being coachable, and being ready to have fun learning the game.

Play schedule will vary depending on the number of players enrolled and the current skill levels of those players. Based on enrollment and coach assessments, the program may offer training-only sessions, 4v4 games, and/or 7v7 matches to ensure the best developmental and playing experience for every child.
