Gulf Breeze Futbol Academy (GBFA) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to information you share with us when registering for our programs.
Information We Collect
When you register a player, sign up for evaluations or camps, or contact us, we may collect parent and guardian names, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, and player details such as name, birth year, and program level. If you pay for a program, payments are processed by third-party providers and we do not store your payment card information. We do not collect personal information online directly from children.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to administer programs, place players appropriately, communicate schedules and club updates, process registrations and payments, respond to questions, and meet league and insurance requirements. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Children's Privacy
GBFA serves youth players, and protecting their information is a priority. All accounts, registrations, and online submissions are created and managed by parents or legal guardians. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us directly, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Third-Party Services
Registration and payments may be handled through trusted third-party platforms such as GotSport and payment providers such as Venmo. Information you submit on those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which may process technical data needed to serve the site.
Cookies and Analytics
Our site uses standard analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, that collect anonymous usage data through cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site and improve it. You can limit or block cookies through your browser settings without affecting your ability to register for our programs.
Photos and Media
Player photos and videos used on this site and on our social media are shared with parental permission. If you would like a photo of your child removed, contact us and we will take it down promptly.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep registration and contact information for as long as a player is active in our programs and as needed afterward for league, financial, and insurance recordkeeping. Information that is no longer needed is deleted.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to run our programs, for example with leagues and tournament organizers for rosters, with coaches for team management, and with service providers that support registration and payments. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us here. You can opt out of non-essential club communications at any time.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version, and meaningful changes will be noted on this page.
